Who is he who condemns?

” Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.” (Romans 8:34)

When Jesus Christ died on the cross, He paid the price for our sins, and when He rose from the dead, He broke the power of death in our lives. If that was not enough, now that He is in heaven, sitting at the right hand of God, He constantly intercedes to God for us.
So who is he who condemns us? The devil does, of course. He is called ”the accuser of our brethren”, and day and night he accuses christians before God. But we can overcome him with the blood of Jesus Christ - the same blood that paid the price for our sins (Revelation 12:10-11).
People sometimes condemn us, but Paul said that we should not pay attention to them (1 Corinthians 4:3). And we in turn are commanded not to judge others (Matthew 7:1).
We often condemn ourselves but even “if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.” (1 John 3:20)
How can anyone really condemn us when Jesus Himself took away our sin and never ceases to intervene to God His Father on our behalf?
