Dress Up!

Put all the armor that God gives, so you can defend yourself against the devil's tricks

Have you heard the story of the Achilles? In Greek mythology, when Achilles was a baby, it was foretold that he would die young. To prevent his death, his mother Thetis took Achilles to the River Styx, which was supposed to offer powers of invulnerability, and dipped his body into the water; however, as Thetis held Achilles by the heel, his heel was not washed over by the water of the magical river. Achilles grew up to be a man of war who survived many great battles. One day, a poisonous arrow shot at him was lodged in his heel, killing him shortly afterwards.

The death of Achilles was not mentioned in Homer's Iliad, but appeared in later Greek and Roman poetry and drama[1] concerning events after the Iliad, later in the Trojan War. In the myths surrounding the war, Achilles was said to have died from a heel wound which was the result of an arrow—possibly poisoned—shot by Paris.

Unfortunately some of us do the same in our relationship with God. We leave something small undone, thinking is not going to matter. If we surrender 99% to God, we would still belong to this World, because of that 1%. God doesn't want 5% or 99%, He wants 100%. Dress up fully with His armor today, or that heal would be for your eternal destruction.

Someone was saying: Give me 100 fully converted Christians and I will change the world. Are you ready to surrender fully? Ask God today to cover you completely with His presence. You will be amazed of the results.
